Application

The high intensity magnetic separator VMS is designed for the upgrading of weakly magnetic minerals of grain soze 0,01-1 mm. By its high technologic parameters it allows to get at low cost to separate contaminating iron impurieties from different industrial raw material.

Description

The high intensity magnetic separator VMS is a unit construction device. It has a closed electromagnetic circuit and rotor with inductive fill. The feed is lead into the entering chamber of the separator and after distribution to the whole width of the rotor it proceeds to the proper separating area. The nonmagnetic particles flow trough the rotor into the outlets of the nonmagnetic fraction, while the magnetic particles are by the magnetic field adhering to the surface of the rotor inductive fill. Due to the rotation of the rotor, the concentrate is carried out of the magnetic field where the rotor is washed by water and the magnetic particles are flushed into the chute of the concentrate. This method of countercurent flushing of magnetic particles from the rotor ensures a longtime reliable function of the separator.

Electromagnetic separator 6 ERM

Application

The 6 ERM electromagnetic separators are intended for effective benefication of finely overgrown oxidized iron ores, but also manganese, chrome and other feebly magnetic ores and minerals

Description

The 6 ERM 35/315 electomagnetic separator is wet high intensity rotor separator. The separator has three rotors the diameter of which is 3 150 mm. The throughput is over 100 tons per hour, its weight is 200 tons, dimension 6 500x 5 000x 7 000 mm and maximum grain size of the material being treated 0,15 mm ( single grains 1 mm).

For pilot and testing purpose the 6 ERM 3/70 electromagnetic separator is intended. The maximal throughput of the separator is 8 tons per hour, rotor diameter 700 mm, weight 20 tons and dimension 3 100x 2 100x 3 800 mm.
